Cancellation Policy

Our doctors want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not show up for their scheduled appointment another patient loses an opportunity to be seen.

We request that you provide a minimum of 2 hours’ notice if you cannot attend your appointment.

You will be charged the standard consult fee for appointments that are not cancelled with at least 2 hours’ notice or if you do not attend your appointment.

This cancellation fee needs to be paid prior to booking your next appointment and is not claimable with Medicare.

If there are any circumstances beyond your control which prevent you from cancelling your appointment with sufficient notice, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting the Medical Centre on 4385 3150 and asking for the Manager.
