Here at Terrigal and Avoca Beach Medical Centres we are working hard to stay up to date with emerging COVID-19 as it potentially reaches our region.
We would appreciated that anyone with symptoms of concern, a travel history or contact with the virus, please call the practice rather than attend in person.

Your COVID-19 Digital Certificate shows your COVID-19 immunisation details recorded on the Australian Immunisation Register.
It will become available once you have received ALL required doses of a COVID-19 vaccine approved for use in Australia.
This certificate can be accessed through the Express Plus Medicare app or online through myGov - where a Medicare and myGov account is linked.

Please contact us via telephone PRIOR to making an online booking or arriving at the Medical Centre.
In addition, we will need to know if you have been in close contact with a patient with confirmed COVID-19.
