Your COVID-19 Digital Certificate shows your COVID-19 immunisation details recorded on the Australian Immunisation Register.
It will become available once you have received ALL required doses of a COVID-19 vaccine approved for use in Australia.
This certificate can be accessed through the Express Plus Medicare app or online through myGov - where a Medicare and myGov account is linked.
Getting a certificate for your vaccinationIf you have COVID-19 and/or any of these symptoms:
Please contact us via telephone PRIOR to making an online booking or arriving at the Medical Centre.
In addition, we will need to know if you have been in close contact with a patient with confirmed COVID-19.
