Cathy Welsby, an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and a member of the Dietitian’s Association of Australia (DAA) is now working here at Terrigal Medical Centre. Cathy completed a Master of Science (Nutrition and Dietetics) in 2002, and has gained a great deal of clinical dietetics experience over the past 14 years working in a number of hospital and health services in New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia and Queensland. Cathy is passionate about helping people work towards positive lifestyle choices using a holistic approach. Cathy works together with clients in providing a professional, friendly, approachable, and evidence-based dietetics service.
